A non-profit, volunteer service delivering hot and/or frozen nutritious meals at a reasonable cost. Also provides a social contact and a security check on their well-being. A monthly lunch out program is also available.

Hot meals are prepared by 13 Carrots Catering and frozen meals are prepared at Niagara Ina Grafton Gage Village, St Catharines.
