Offers physiotherapy, occupational therapy, social work services and educational classes to anyone with a diagnosis of arthritis.

Appointments will assist with and address the following:

• How to deal with pain
• Understanding arthritis medications
• Exercises to reduce stiffness, increase strength and improve fitness
• Dealing with fatigue
• New ways to do activities that will minimize stress on joints
• Ways to cope with the emotional impact of arthritis
