The Arthritis Rehabilitation and Education Program (AREP) provides a range of services for children and adults with arthritis who reside in Ontario as services are funded by Ontario Health.
Appointments will assist with and address the following:
- How to deal with pain
- Understanding arthritis medications
- Exercises to reduce stiffness, increase strength and improve fitness
- Dealing with fatigue
- New ways to do activities that will minimize stress on joints
- Ways to cope with the emotional impact of arthritis
